The Posthotel in Arosa looks back on a long history: in 1928, the hotel, which was state-of-the-art at the time, was built with an integrated post office on the initiative of the then PTT (Post, Telephone and Telegraph Company).

During the last 100 years, the appearance of the historic Posthotel has changed many times, and most recently it has been under new construction since 2021.

The eastern Swiss building contractor and businessman Marcel Niederer and the six-time Davos ice hockey champion coach Arno Del Curto built the new, luxurious suite hotel on the site of the traditional former Posthotel.

In a prime location with a view of the Obersee and the mountains and right next to the ski lift and chairlift, the upscale suite hotel has a charming restaurant with a garden restaurant, an attractive lobby with a bar and a spacious spa. The exclusive facilities offer guests everything their heart desires. Thus begins a new chapter for the Arosa Posthotel - and the name of the new project refers to the historic Posthotel: it welcomes its guests as "Postresidenz am See".
