Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances. Upon request, we can provide allergenic bedding. The safety and well-being of our guests are important to us, and we want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is only 2 minutes away on foot. The "Pill Apotheke & Drogerie Montana" is located at Poststrasse 58. We are happy to provide you with a small medicine cabinet at the reception.

Doctor

Your health is important to us. In case of medical needs or consultations, you will find the "Medizinisches Zentrum Arosa" just a 5-minute walk away at Poststrasse 18. This medical center offers professional medical care and advice.

Excursions

Arosa has something to offer for everyone, from skiing and hiking to ice skating and the fascination of the Bearland as well as Squirrel Forest, and much more. We would be happy to assist you in planning your activities.

Our location offers you convenient access to public transport. The bus stop is right in front of our hotel and the train station is also just a few steps away.

Baby Cot

We are pleased to offer a baby cot for infants up to 3 years of age, free of charge.

You will find your bathrobe in the spa bag provided for you.

Our welcoming bar has been designed for your enjoyment. Here, you can expect a diverse selection of beverages, including fine wines, cocktails, and spirits. Our experienced bartenders are at your service to prepare your favorite drink or offer recommendations.

Bed Linen Change

For sustainability reasons, bed linen is changed twice a week. If you wish, we can change the bed linen more frequently upon request.

Do Not Disturb

We respect your privacy and your desire for uninterrupted relaxation. You will find a "Please Do Not Disturb" sign in your suites and rooms, which you can hang on your door if you prefer not to be disturbed.

Iron& Ironing Board

In each of our suites and rooms you will find an iron and an ironing board in the closet. You are also welcome to make use of our ironing service. You will find the fees for this on the laundry slip.

Check-in

You can check into your suites and rooms from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Feel free to use our convenient self-check-in machine for a quick and hassle-free express check-in.  

Check-out

On the day of departure, your accommodation is available until 11:00 AM. For an express check-out, use the link provided in the email sent to you before your departure to settle your bill conveniently online.

Haustiere

We have suites and rooms where dogs are allowed. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room for too long to avoid possible inconvenience for your four-legged friend and your neighbors. We would like to point out that the dog owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the dog. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

Children are more than welcome. Especially our 2-bedroom suites, which can accommodate up to 4-8 people, are ideal for families.

We offer underground parking for 18 CHF / night and outdoor parking for 15 CHF / night as well as parking in an external underground garage for 12 CHF / night.

Smoking

We would like to point out that our entire hotel, including all suites and rooms, is strictly designed as a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted in our premises. Please use the balconies to smoke. In the event of a violation of this non-smoking policy, an additional night will be charged. This is to cover the cost of a comprehensive basic cleaning and to restore the fresh and smoke-free ambiance for our subsequent guests. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Invoice

You have the option to conveniently pay your invoice online. You will receive an email from us a few days before your departure with a link to the invoice as well as online payment options. If you have any questions about the invoice, our reception will be happy to help you.

Family-friendly times: to ensure that families can also enjoy the amenities of our wellness area, children under the age of 16 are welcome to visit from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Please note that outside of these times, access to the spa area is exclusively for guests 16 years and older.

There is an AVIA gas station at the entrance to the village (2 minutes by car from the hotel). Several of our underground parking spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

We offer a laundry service from 09:00 to 17:00. Laundry that is dropped off at the reception before 17:00 will be returned to you the same day. A laundry bag and a laundry list are in the closet of your room.
