Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (in summer until 8:00 p.m.). On the day of departure, suites and rooms are available until 11:00 a.m. Reception is closed from 11:00 p.m. (in summer from 8:00 p.m.) to 8:00 a.m. (in summer to 9 a.m.).

In summer daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Full payment for the stay and a security deposit of CHF 300 in the form of a credit card authorization are required upon check-in.
For group bookings made by foreign companies, organizations, government representatives, or similar institutions, the following rules apply when booking three (3) rooms or suites or more:
The use of certain kitchen equipment (e.g. stove and/or oven) is subject to an additional fee of CHF 250 (including final cleaning costs). All cooking utensils are provided when booking the use of the kitchen.
Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
Winter Season
Refundable reservations may be canceled or amended free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures will be charged at 100% of the booked amount. A deposit of 30% may be required upon booking.
Summer Season
Refundable reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures will be charged at 100% of the booked amount. Changes are not possible within 7 days of arrival.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled. In exceptional circumstances, guests are invited to contact us directly.
Reservations over the festive season may be canceled free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. Full prepayment is due 59 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days will be charged at 100%.
Summer season: May 1 to November 30 (subject to change)
Winter season: December 1 to April 30 (subject to change)
During the winter season, a deposit of 30% of the total price may be required upon booking. If the booking is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy and within the cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded.
For bookings over Christmas / New Year, full prepayment of the total price of the booking is due 59 days prior to arrival.
Underground and outdoor parking spaces are available for hotel guests at $25 or $20 per night. Parking spaces with electric charging stations are also available. Advance reservation is recommended.

Our meeting room for 10 to 15 guests is available for daily rental. Catering and additional services are charged separately. Please contact reception for enquiries: info@postresidenzamsee.ch
No extra beds are available in double rooms. Children up to 7 years of age staying in their parents' bed are accommodated free of charge. Baby cots for children up to 3 years are provided free of charge. For three or more guests, we recommend booking a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom suite.
Dogs are warmly welcome. Please inform us at the time of booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas and show calm behavior. A dog bed, blanket, and bowl are provided. A fee of $30 per dog per night applies.
The wellness area is exclusively available to hotel guests and open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Children under the age of 16 are welcome from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outside these hours, access is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
Smoking prohibited in all rooms and suites. Smoking permitted on private balconies where available. Violations will result in a special cleaning fee of $1,000 to restore the room to its original condition.
For selected packages, availability may be limited. Unused services cannot be refunded. The hotel assumes no liability for third-party services.
