Posthotel reopening of "Postresidenz See" in 2023

The Posthotel Arosa looks back on a distinguished history. Originally built in 1928 as a pioneering, ultra-modern hotel with an integrated post office, it was developed on the initiative of the former PTT, the Swiss postal, telephone, and telegraph authority.
Over the past century, the historic building has undergone several transformations. Its most recent and significant rebirth began in 2021, when Eastern Swiss entrepreneur Marcel Niederer and six-time Davos ice hockey championship coach Arno Del Curto reimagined the site as an exclusive suite hotel. Built on the grounds of the former Posthotel, the new residence marks a bold yet respectful continuation of its legacy.
Today, the upscale suite hotel features the charming restaurant "Luftpost" with bar, an inviting lobby, and a spacious spa. Set in a prime location overlooking Obersee and the surrounding mountains, and situated directly next to the ski lift and chairlift, it offers both tranquility and immediate access to alpine experiences.
With its refined design, exceptional amenities, and thoughtful attention to detail, the hotel offers guests everything one could desire. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Arosa Posthotel. In homage to its heritage, the new project welcomes guests as Postresidenz See.
The hotelier couple Christina and Pier Consani look forward to welcoming you with warmth and dedication.
